How do I choose the right scooter for my child's age?

We categorize our scooters by age range and weight capacity. For toddlers, we recommend our 3-wheeled Mini Micro range for stability, while older children and teens usually transition to our 2-wheeled Sprite or Cruiser models for better maneuverability.

What is the shipping timeframe for my order?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We also offer express shipping options at checkout which deliver within 1-2 business days for orders placed before 1:00 PM.

Do Micro Scooters come with a warranty?

Yes, all our scooters come with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship. Please note that this does not cover wear and tear or damage from misuse.

Can I return my scooter if I change my mind?

We offer a 28-day return policy. Items must be in their original, unused condition and in the original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

Are replacement parts available for repairs?

Absolutely. We pride ourselves on sustainability. We stock a full range of replacement parts—from wheels and brakes to handlebars—so you can repair your scooter instead of replacing it.

Is assembly required when my scooter arrives?

Most of our scooters arrive almost fully assembled. You will typically only need to click the handlebar into the deck or tighten a single bolt using the provided tools.
