Whether you ordered the wrong model or changed your mind, our streamlined process ensures a quick resolution for your sporting needs.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Scooter

  Carefully place the unused scooter back into its original box with all manuals and tools included to ensure it arrives safely at our warehouse.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned equipment, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
